User Data Deletion Instructions

Vipera Media is an internal tool of Vipera LLC (Viperatech). It does not offer public login, but it may process limited data about people who interact with Viperatech's official social media accounts — for example your public name and the text of a comment you left on one of our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or X posts. You can have this data deleted at any time.

Option 1 — Email request

1. Send an email to info@viperatech.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the platform (e.g. Facebook or Instagram), your profile name or username, and if possible a link to the comment or interaction.
3. We will delete the related data from Vipera Media within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask for information to verify the request.

Option 2 — Delete it on the platform

If you delete your comment on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or X, Vipera Media removes its copy at the next synchronisation.

Option 3 — Remove the app from your Facebook account

If you ever authorised Vipera Media with your Facebook account (this only applies to Viperatech staff):

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Select Apps and websites (under "Your activity" / "Security and login").
3. Find Vipera Media and click Remove.
4. Then email info@viperatech.com and we will delete any remaining data associated with your account within 30 days.

For Google/YouTube, access can be removed at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
