Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 October 2026

These Terms govern use of Vipera Media (the "App") at media.viperatech.com, operated by Vipera LLC ("Viperatech", "we"), 2055 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808-5536, United States.

1. Who may use the App

The App is a private internal tool. Only Viperatech employees and contractors who have been given credentials by Viperatech may sign in. Credentials are personal and must be kept confidential.

2. Permitted use

• The App may only be used to publish content to, and manage comments on, social media accounts owned or managed by Viperatech.
• All content must comply with applicable laws and with the terms and policies of each platform, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the YouTube Terms of Service, LinkedIn's API Terms, the X Developer Agreement and TikTok's Terms of Service.
• Users must not use the App to send spam, post misleading claims, automate engagement on other people's content, scrape data, or access accounts they are not authorised to manage.

3. Content and AI assistance

The App can draft posts and replies with the help of AI. Drafts are suggestions: authorised staff are responsible for reviewing content before approving it, unless automatic publishing has been deliberately enabled by an administrator. Viperatech owns the content it publishes; third-party trademarks and news belong to their respective owners.

4. Privacy

5. Availability and changes

The App is provided "as is" for internal business use. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time, and may revoke access for any user.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viperatech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Delaware.
